Cotteridge Meeting is based in a busy suburb of Birmingham, close to Woodbrooke. We are seeking a part-time warden to be a welcoming presence and make sure our well-used Meeting House runs smoothly. This will involve managing bookings, liaising with users, and billing and collecting hire charges. You will also make sure that the Meeting House is looked after, and work in collaboration with the Premises Committee to ensure we maintain the building to the required standards and comply with all necessary regulations. This will involve dealing with contractors and service providers and others. We have a recently refurbished 3-bedroom bungalow on site, which you would live in subject to a service occupancy agreement. Hours of work are flexible, but we expect 21 hours per week spread over 5 days. There will be 20 days holiday a year (including bank holidays) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
